User Responsibilities
When using this website or placing an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration or order form.
Payment and Electronic Delivery
This online store offers electronic products only, available exclusively to individual customers.
- All purchased products will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.
- For orders paid by credit/debit card (transaction confirmed by Stripe), delivery is immediate.
- All payments are processed to Art 2 Travel & Events SRL, our direct partner for this event.
Returns and Order Cancellation
All orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Customers do not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for registrations or digital products, pursuant to Article 16(1)(a) and (l) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
By completing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing intermediation, order management, and related administrative services. These services are expressly exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are considered fully performed upon order confirmation and payment.
Fees for intermediation, order management, and related services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation, since these services are considered completed at the time of registration purchase and are not contingent on the actual occurrence of the event.
Force Majeure
Any event of force majeure, as defined by Article 1351(2) of the Romanian Civil Code, that partially or fully prevents either party from fulfilling its contractual obligations shall exempt that party from liability, under the conditions set out below.
The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party within two (2) business days of the event and take all reasonable measures to limit its consequences.
Obligations undertaken prior to the occurrence of force majeure remain valid and binding.

We will seek to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.
If no amicable settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts, in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and R.A.T.C.A. regarding your use of this website.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information presented, R.A.T.C.A. makes no express or implied warranties, statutory or otherwise, regarding the content or availability of the site.
In the event of a typographical or human error resulting in an incorrect product price being displayed, R.A.T.C.A. reserves the right to correct the price and inform you prior to order delivery. You may then choose whether to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price.
